This is a 4 storey block consisting of 100 apartments.
Duties and responsibilities include
Supervise and co-ordinate site staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
Coordinate and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
