Free parking, lunches and access to gym are included in this role. This is a wide ranging role looking after the grounds and site of a large estate. Duties include: Coordination of site security. CCTV monitoring and management. 24-hour security patrols. Fire evacuation drills. Weekly fire alarm tests. Receiving mail and parcel deliveries sorting, processing and storing. Parcel delivery to departments. Fire alarm monitoring. Response to fire alarm activations. Response to all other site emergencies. Unlock/lockup procedures. Event Security. Setting up and taking down for functions Traffic management and parking. Booking in contractors and visitors. Meter readings. Site wide bin emptying. Site wide litter picking. Hours: 6am - 4pm or 10am - 8pm The hours worked equate to 160 per month - 40 hours per week Three rolling shift patterns: 8 days on / 3 days off, 4 days on / 6 days off, 4 days on / 3 days off Salary: £25,284 per annum
The role will be varied and will involve managing installations from the point of sale through to completion. You will be expected to take sole responsibility for the smoth running of each projects. The role will be mainly office based but will require regular site visits (company Vehicle provided) You will also get involved with contracts at a later date. Duties: Handing over meetings with Sales Rep Site Surveyand measuring up Producing drawings for sign off approval Arranging and overseeing installations ordering f materials and organising Skilled and unskilled labour from the team Helping to produce quotes if additional work is required. Handing project over to the accounts department and approving incoming invoices. Data input on a CRM system and general filing Customer service and dealing with warranties.

The purpose of the role is to support the team with daily administrative tasks to support the needs of the business communicating via telephone and email with both suppliers and customers. Key tasks Assisting in the ordering and administration of the company's transactions. Complete relevant administrative work Pro-actively helping to manage and audit the company's Environmental compliance, Sustainability, and duty of care. Updating relevant records on the company's database. Call existing suppliers to book loads and confirm collection times Create and distribute weekly sales orders Data entry for customs clearances for weekly activity Support Accounts & Sales teams with reconciliation and general enquiries Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market information Answer phones and offer holiday cover General office administration What we're looking for; A reliable applicant who is keen to join a friendly and focused team for a long-term career and ready to hit the ground running. The candidate will ideally be proficient in IT, especially with the Microsoft package, have a positive, can do attitude and be attentive to details. Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, office based on 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (After one year service increases to 25 days plus bank holidays) Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
