Pembrook Resourcing currently have an exciting role for an Assistant Sales Manager with one of our clients, A well renowned dealership group within the area!
Responsibilities
Proactively works with Sales Consultants, General Sales Manager (GSM) and/or General Manager (GM) to develop action plans to immediately correct performance in order to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Analyses market and franchise data to develop growth plan and identify areas of opportunity.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal sales office and ensuring the efficient management of resources and workload activities.
Your primary focus will be on driving account management activities, collaborating with branch colleagues, and ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, and service level targets.

In this unique and exciting entry level management role, we are looking for a goal orientated manager with, excellent communication skills and a proven sales background (dealing with inbound enquiries).

Storage experience is not necessary, but people management experience at some level is essential.
