As a Store Manager, your role as 'shopkeeper' means you run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, with your customers, colleagues and local communities being your number one priority.

You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles.
It can be very hard work: you could be stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers...whatever's required, you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
