Inspect and operate to ensure quality! Our client is seeking an Inspector/Operator to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining production targets by operating machinery at optimum performance while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) standards. As the Inspector/Operator, you will be responsible for inspecting cans or components for defects. Following the completion of the inspection targets, you may also receive training to run the production equipment. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing as an Inspector/Operator: Meet all production targets by running machinery at peak performance. Provide cover for colleagues during break times or when they need to step away from their machines. Match batch components to planned work orders. Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Complete all required paperwork, including the process logbook and product identification labels. Brief colleagues when handing over the machine, including schedule updates, ongoing QC checks, or any machine-related issues. Support and work with trainees and colleagues in different departments. Collaborate with the Team Leader, Shift Leader, and Quality department to solve batch and valve-related problems. Adhere to all site regulations and company safe working practises and procedures. Be available to work rotating shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm. In addition to these exciting responsibilities, our client also provides onsite parking for their team members.
