Day to Day of the role: Arrange and book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO, creating detailed itineraries. Organise and maintain important documents, manage filing systems, and handle confidential information with discretion. Assist in planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Track and reconcile expenses, preparing detailed reports for approval. Maintain key supplier registers, assist with procurement processes, and ensure compliance with SOC2 for the COO. Manage supplier invoices, validate charges, obtain approvals, and ensure timely payments for the VP of Marketing. Provide management information on spending trends and identify savings opportunities. Perform other necessary tasks such as procuring office supplies and managing global document distribution. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of work experience in the private sector, software industry experience advantageous but not essential. Digitally savvy, open to testing new ideas and embracing new ways of working. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
