Product Owner - HR Shared Services 6 months contract initially Halifax - 2 days per week onsite £500 - £625 per day via Umbrella Company Our large Financial services client based in Halifax are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the implementation of a new HR shared services model. The role will see you responsible for managing the product backlog, leading the work across the relevant teams and ensures the right tools and processes are implemented. Based in their Halifax office 2 days per week the contract will be facilitated via an Umbrella Company with a rate of £500 - £625 per day. The contract is initially for 6 months with a possible extension. Key skills and experience required - Strong agile capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Undertaken the role of Product Owner previously, understanding the challenges faced and how to fulfil the position - essential Experience in using Jira and Confluence - essential Previously managed HR operations teams - preferred Experience in implementing a shared services model - essential Managing IT Outsourced Suppliers Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence where required Strong problem-solving skills Experience working within set process design principles If you have they key skills and experience required and are ready for a new challenge, please send your up to date CV immediately!
