Support the Manager in daily operations Coordinate all job planning requirements for the Department Scheduling the most appropriate teams for planned works. Liaise with the technical sales team and key account team to prioritise works Ensure that all jobs are completed in line with the schedule Prepare Compliance Reports and Certificates, sending them to relevant points of contact Act as the point of contact between sales and the client ?? Your Daily Duties ?? Communicate information and major changes to the appropriate staff within the business Confirm availability of labour and determine lead times for jobs Create programmes of works for large or multiple site contracts Monitor jobs and schedule them promptly Chase subcontractors for dates if not supplied within a timely manner Be aware of any contract requirements and make the coordinators aware of these Analyse and report on engineer's productivity Raise sub-contract purchase orders for authorisation ??
