We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant, working on a maternity cover basis, to work three days a week in a dynamic and supportive learning environment at Crawley College. As our Executive Assistant, you will provide PA and administrative support to members of the Executive Team, including diary and inbox management, convening meetings, taking meeting notes and assisting with travel arrangements. The work is varied and interesting and no two days are the same. About the Role Reporting into the Estates Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality cleaning and grounds/gardening services to several schemes on our estates in the Surrey area, on a permanent basis.
