The Opportunity Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a German speaking Finance Assistant for our client in Billingham. This role offers hybrid working. The Role: Supporting invoice processing. Manage vendors helpdesk for all legal entities. Develop good working relationships with key process stakeholders, specifically the business, purchasing and BPO partner. Preparation of payment proposals and manual payments for all entities. Supervise the GL AP bank clearing account clearing for prompt items allocation and reconciliation. Pro-actively resolve any AP process failures ensuring corrective actions are taken. Monitor Accounts Payable balance sheet accounts, perform supplier statement reconciliation as required and follow up on the unreconciled items to make sure those are resolved in timely manner.
