Taskmaster Resources is on the lookout for an Assistant Operations Manager to be based from our clients Dorking site.
DUTIES
Support Site Manager in monitoring, managing and coordinating all site level resources to ensure an increase in operational productivity and improved quality of service provided.
Ensure service delivery meets defined key performance indicators whilst driving best practice and continuous improvement in cost control and productivity.
You have responsibility for the daily management of the Residence under the direction of the Operations Manager and via the Company's monitoring procedures.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service and administration is provided at all times in order to maintain operational standards and to maximise revenue generation.
A main focus of the role is ensuring that the residence runs efficiently and cost effectively in line with company policies and procedures.
In this unique and exciting entry level management role, we are looking for a goal orientated manager with, excellent communication skills and a proven sales background (dealing with inbound enquiries).
The company are going from strength to strength and growing at a fast rate within the UK, with this role allowing the postholder the opportunity to manage a brand new location.

Storage experience is not necessary, but people management experience at some level is essential.
