As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing Staff: Supervising and coordinating hotel staff, including front office, housekeeping, and other departments. Coordinating Hotel Activities: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of services, and maintaining high standards. Improving Guest Satisfaction: Focusing on guest experience, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest needs are met. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to hospitality laws, regulations, and company policies. Budget Management: Assisting with financial planning and cost control. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Hands-On Approach: Willingness to actively engage in tasks and problem-solving. Understanding of Hotel Operations: Familiarity with various hotel functions. Salary: Between £27,000 - £29,000 per annum dependent on experience.
