I am currently operating a role with a rapidly growing insurance broker as a Finance Manager. Improving the reporting structures and supporting the management accounts analysis, this role is an excellent opportunity to develop the reporting's and analysis skills within a financially regulated background. The key responsibilities are: Oversee the production of monthly management accounts at profit centre and legal entity level Ensure balance sheet is fully reconciled with full supporting schedules Monthly reconciliation of payroll postings to the general ledger Support the annual budget process Support the quarterly forecast process Assist in the production of annual statutory accounts and audit Preparation of the monthly Sarbanes-Oxley submission Review client money calculations Support/quality control the accounting related to legal entity rationalisation Support the Financial Controller, Finance Business Partners and Group Finance to drive change and efficiency in line with Group Finance strategy To ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with internal and external clients, including both colleagues and business heads The successful candidate will be: A Finalist / Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, Etc.) Experience in Management Accounts Ideally Broking/Insurance background
