Main Duties & Responsibilities
Order Management: Schedule, prepare, and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to requested load dates, including picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, loading, and shipping.
Receiving: Monitor, receive, and process incoming orders in compliance with warehouse and safety regulations, involving picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork.
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments and resolve any logistics issues.
General
Based at their Kensington head office, you will be responsible for the logistics side of the business, in summary liaising with current and new clients, organising bookings, orders, transportation and arrangements to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations.
