Our client is looking to bring on an Associate Director who will lead and inspire a group of property managers to establish our clients' premier customer service model.
The ideal candidate may be located in either Inverness or Aberdeen and will be responsible for supervising the staff across both locations.
It involves overseeing the implementation and management of a customer service excellence charter, as well as providing team coaching, development, and training to ensure that our staff possess the necessary competencies to execute our sanctioned procedures effectively.
Our client, an established and growing Property Management Group, are currently seeking an Associate Director to join their team in either Aberdeen or Inverness.
This position will include Reporting to the Head of Property Management, this position has responsibility for leading and motivating a team of property managers to deliver a best-in-class customer service delivery model.
You will hold a very important position within the team and the package will reflect this.

Immediate requirement for a temporary administrator to support with systems updated and the creation of PowerPoint presentations for our Westhill based client.
Working: 9-5 Monday - Friday with an hours break for lunch
