This will include 1 day a week at the office in Durham, and the rest will be working from home or in the services. Key Responsibilities of a HR Advisor: You will provide HR Support on a day-to-day basis within the Northeast Region, reporting directly into the Senior People Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to travel throughout the region which is fully expensed. You will provide top level HR Support to managers and staff within the services. HR Advisor Requirements: Employee Relations experience managing and dealing with own caseload. TUPE experience. Generalist HR experience. Must have a valid UK driving licence. Key role responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Coordinate, input and process monthly payroll for both all UK entities Collate and provide monthly payroll information to international payroll providers. Collate monthly HR information for UK and international entities to process in the payroll system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide HR information and support. Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance. Own and maintain HRIS and other relevant systems to ensure data accuracy. Regularly audit and update employee information to comply with policies and procedures. Experience required: Demonstrable experience in HR administration and payroll processing. Ideally gained in a matrix structure and/or global organization. Confidence and proficiency in handling payroll queries and providing solutions. Proficiency in using HRIS and payroll systems, with specific experience in Sage 50 payroll. Strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.
