As the Deputy Home Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of care and service provided at the home. You will assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the well-being of residents, managing staff, and upholding the home's exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager in all aspects of the home's management. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents. Lead, mentor, and manage the care team, ensuring staff are supported and motivated. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual residents' needs. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes the dignity and well-being of residents. Requirements: Experienced deputy manager with private care experience Ideally qualified up to L4/L5 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in elderly care. Proficiency in care planning and assessment.
