Key skills and responsibilities
Processing of month end journals, accruals and prepayments.
Create the monthly accounts from relevant region as allocated (P&L, Balance Sheet and KPIs): sales ledger, purchase ledger, nominal ledger, accounts reconciliation.
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations across purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash book transactions whilst ensuring that Octavia's bank accounts and balances are within agreed limits.
The Finance Supervisor will lead, develop, and motivate a team of finance assistants, and be a figurehead for financial excellence.
Transactions
The role manages a team of Finance Assistants and has full responsibility for the Accounts Payable function and will take the lead on the Accounts Payable transformation programme.
