Our client, a niche fine arts transportation business are seeking a facilities manager to manage their two state of the art locations in West London & South East London.
You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
This role is multi-site based and will require an even spread of your time across both West and Southeast locations.
The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Lettings Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current rental market.

They have about 15 stores in this sector of England and are now looking for maintenance engineer to make sure that all the appliances are working optimally.
To assist on both the Operations and Marketing team including, but not limited to: daily incoming delivery management, first line reactive repairs and renewals, meeting room set up, waste management, office cleanliness, assembling/dismantling pods for testing, events set up.
