Duties and Responsibilities
Handling of all tier 2 interactions received into Credit Control ensuring all requests are completed and successfully resolved within the agreed service level.
Chasing customer payments in line with payment terms to minimise bad debt.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Producing Monthly Accounts for overheads.

Key Responsibilities
Weekly and monthly checks of payroll for accuracy including investigations into scheduling hours, pay rates and charge rates.
Follow the set processes and procedures to validate revenue and costs in a timely manner for a number of key contracts.

We're looking to recruit a Stock Controller based out of Worksop.
This role is full time hours on an initial six month contract, with the possibility for extension, depending on performance.
You will be carrying out inventory control measures to ensure physical stock and logged stock on the system are accurate, whilst investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
The purpose of this role is to process and control accounting transactions and provide technical support to IBA and business colleagues relating to more complex accounting activities associated with our clients' insurance policies.
This role is instrumental in protecting our clients' money under the CASS 5 rules whilst providing an efficient and compliant service to our stakeholders.
