Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments Assist in the preparation of reports Follow up on quotes sent to clients Manage and update databases and filing systems Provide support to the production team by assisting with documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining records Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Our well established client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their private client team based in their Canterbury office. This role could be full-time or part time. With hybrid working available after 6 months (up to 2 days per week at home.) The successful applicant will have extensive legal secretarial experience, ideally within tax and estate planning work. This is a busy department so the ability to successfully support lawyers in their daily work is essential. Whoever joins the team will be excellent at prioritising and organising their work, to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.
