As a Head Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen while collaborating with the directors to implement their seasonal ingredient sourcing and menu concepts.

Managing and training the kitchen team while adhering to budget constraints.
We are looking for 4 outstanding Commis Chefs who is looking to take the next step in their career journey.
This is an exciting position for someone to work in our Catering & Retail Services (CRS) team at House of Lords and will also provide fine dining for some of the country's elite including Royalty and Members of State as well the Lords on a regular basis.
Please note this role attracts a Market Sector Allowance of £2,000 per annum
Chef role is working alongside current chef and kitchen assistant, cooking for 200 children per day, working 5 days a week 8 hour shifts and alternating opening and closing with the other chef.
