Assistant Operations Manager - North West Hours: 37.5 per week - Permanent Based at one of our Main offices in Greater Manchester or Lancashire Our Clinical Services Division is seeking to appoint a Regional Assistant Operations Manager who has a passion for community and children's health. The successful candidate will provide support to our Regional Operations Manager and the School Aged Immmunisations contracts across the North West region, driving further success for the organisation and building on our CQC "Good" rating. You will be covering offices based in Oldham, Denton, Trafford, Bolton, Leyland and Burnley, with opportunities for Hybrid working. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to organise and co-ordinate our services and improve performance and productivity across our care contracts. You will need to be practical, flexible and have excellent proven people skills, demonstrating a clear understanding of HR processes. Your support of the operations process will be crucial and have a profound impact on the overall success and smooth running of the regional offices. Experience of budget management, driving teams towards meeting targets as well as experience in complaints handling would be beneficial. The successful candidate must be confident in attending and leading meetings both in person and on Teams and experience in spreadsheet/data management would also be beneficial.
