The responsibilities include, providing confidential and high-level administrative support to both, ensuring efficient operation of their offices and acting as first point of contact on their behalf.
The successful candidate will be invited to join the bursary and HR Department as PA to both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with all round office admin experience to work within a busy department providing administration support as part of the Business Administration team who work with education departments.
Excellent Administrative skills and great communication and time management skills are essential for this temporary role which is for an immediate start and could lead to ongoing full time temporary work.
Job duties
Phone cover, providing excellent customer service to calls from parents, schools and external professionals.
