Key Responsibilities: Work closely with our sales and grocery category teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive growth. Develop strategic plans to optimize shelf space and product distribution, aligned with our growth objectives. Become an expert in retailer-specific software like Circana HIVE to create actionable insights and concise reports for our buyers and Account Managers. Use data from Kantar, Circana, and other sources to perform comprehensive analyses of customer performance, offering range recommendations and conducting post-launch evaluations. Focus on increasing our presence within Co-op through improved distribution, enhanced shelf space, and greater visibility of our new products. About You: Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent relationship management skills, with a knack for collaborating with buyers and merchandisers. Our products, own label are listed in all the major multiples and we are seeking a talented professional with a proven ability to make things happen and to unlock potential opportunity. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, you will help develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth for a significant part of the category. You will manage relationships cross functionally and managing the trade promotional spend. Developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy as well as leading the category vision. ABOUT YOU: Ideal candidates will have an FMCG Food background that has provided them with classical category training and an understanding of the core needs of category management.
