This position is a finance assistant with a heavier focus on sales ledger, this position will be looking after a range of responsibilities such as processing invoices, raising invoices, reconciliation of the bank etc.
However, the focus on this role will be investigating and resolving finance queries, specifically, why invoices aren't being paid, these issues can be for a range of simple reasons or sometimes more complex and it will be your responsibility to investigate and resolve them all!

I am currently working alongside an exciting hospitality business located just south of Birmingham who are looking for an Interim Market Analyst to work alongside the finance function whilst they embark on a new project to identify key trends, market segments and customer lifecycle information to streamline and automate transactional processes within the business stores.
A successful candidate would be well versed in Power BI and ideally have experience or knowledge working alongside Finance in a similar capacity to provide accurate and timely information that clearly demonstrates the outcome of marketing activities, and to assist the Marketing team in the building of selections and analysis of customer value.
