Marketing Manager This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand within their industry, working with critical products and making a real impact. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Building effective partnerships with internal teams to maximise collaboration, you will manage promotional campaigns, web development, SEO activity, email marketing and social media activity through the planning and execution of targeted, written copy for content use across a variety of marketing channels. You will also be responsible for attending exhibitions in the UK and overseas. Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: Be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy in line with business objectives Effectively manage the marketing budget and monitor KPIs Be responsible for the content strategy and ensure messaging is consistent throughout all channels Work with the technical team to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date at all times Manage company's website, improve user experience, and SEO performance working together with external agencies Manage newsletter and email marketing campaigns Take the lead on planning and organising events and shows Be hands on and undertake any other tasks required Knowledge and Skills Essential: At least 5 years B2B marketing communications experience - including integrated and multi-channel campaigns from concept to delivery Strong background in marketing strategy development & implementation Strong copywriting, proofing and editing skills Excellent at time management / multi-tasking on a variety of initiatives with attention to detail Demonstratable planning and organisational skills High level of social marketing experience - inc. planning, content development with proactive and reactive engagement. Proficient in all social media platforms (LinkedIn/Twitter/Instagram mainly) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro).
