To ensure full system automation can be achieved and to work closely with Administration and Systems.
Initially, the successful candidate will provide support to existing senior associates with the production of pension increases, benefit statements, administration reports, monthly reporting and testing of automated calculation solutions.
Following on the job training, the successful candidate will be expected to run and manage large projects successfully and maintain existing reporting requirements.

Our Family Safeguarding service are overseen by Assistant Directors- Catherine Watkins and Fiona Wraith who have co- responsibility for our Family Safeguarding Model, Child In Need, as well as pre and court proceedings.
Within Family Safeguarding we use motivational interviewing, multi-agency approach under the Family Safeguarding model, where Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers, Mental Health Practitioners, and Psychologists collaborate closely to address family issues efficiently, reducing the need for referrals to other agencies.
We are looking for a Community Wellbeing Team Manager to lead, coordinate, manage, and expand our Community Wellbeing Team services for children and families.
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of these services and overseeing the delivery of services from the Phoenix Youth Centre.
