The purpose of this role is to process and control accounting transactions and provide technical support to IBA and business colleagues relating to more complex accounting activities associated with our clients' insurance policies.
This role is instrumental in protecting our clients' money under the CASS 5 rules whilst providing an efficient and compliant service to our stakeholders.

Contract Full Time: Duties/Responsibilities: We are seeking a funding manager to join our Early Start and Families Services to ensure the smooth operation of our early years funding provider payments system.
The post holder will proactively manage an individual caseload of employee relations and attendance management cases including complex and sensitive casework, supporting managers in undertaking employee relations investigations and hearings, attendance management meetings, capability meetings and other procedures of the Council whilst liaising with managers, employees and trade union representatives to seek resolution of HR/workforce issues, recommending action or support as appropriate.
The post holder will provide Human Resources support and day to day advice and guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and employment law to managers and employees ensuring that council policies and procedures are followed appropriately.
The post holder will carry out analysis and interpretation of different types of data from a variety of sources and produce management information as required using the metrics to proactively identify issues, trends and effective solutions.
