4Recruitment Services are recruiting an Assessment Officer to join an Adult Social Care Team, in the Occupational Therapy Hub and Initial Contact Team.
You will maximise an individual's potential independence by undertaking assessment, recommendations, rehabilitation techniques, equipment, adaptations, support planning and review for vulnerable and disabled people in the community.
Working as an ADHD Assessor, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments for ADHD in both adults and young individuals.
This role involves making diagnoses, conducting reviews as needed, and collaborating effectively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality ADHD pathways, leading to positive outcomes.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Conducting comprehensive remote assessments for ADHD in adults and young individuals, utilising industry-standard diagnostic tools and methodologies.
I am looking for experienced staff who can write EHCP's following requests for assessments, update EHCP's following Annual Review meetings, meet parents and schools and chair co-production meetings.
Staff for the 1 - 13 team and also the Post 14 team.
The latter must have experience of the available pathways for Post 14 young people with additional needs.
