OUR CLIENT is an established and recognised real estate owner / investor who are expanding and are now looking for a Head of Asset Management to run the Team and a portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties.
The portfolio that you will be responsible for as Asset Manager is based predominately in the North West with certain assets also based in London (travel to London once a month), comprising of leisure and retail parks, industrial sites, shopping centres, and car parks.
