As our accounts continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Training and Development Lead to join our team in Edinburgh to help shape and drive the long-term strategy design, development, delivery and evaluation of the Training and Development plans.
In this role, you would be responsible supporting the account with the development of strategic solutions, driving delivery via the most appropriate media, as well as evaluating training programs that improve performance of employees at all levels of the business and deliver overall business success.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
