If you're an Associate Specialist looking for a new substantive opportunity to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in an established setting, then come and work in the acute female inpatient service at Arbury Court in Warrington. This role is full time, and is in a new service, offering an opportunity to innovate and lead in service development. This will be set within a well-established service that aims continually to improve and deliver excellent care for our female inpatients on one of the largest female-only psychiatric hospital sites in the country. There are currently five consultants within the service to support you, with eighteen across the region. There is a one in seven first on-call commitment attached to the role. There is a well-received programme of weekly CPD education to meet your needs. Attendance at external CPD events such as conferences is actively supported. We will also support you with any desire to work towards Section 12 approval, AC approval or a CESR application, and there are opportunities to network with other Associate Specialists working within Elysium Healthcare. An experienced and motivated Associate Specialist is required to join an exciting new CAMHS Inpatient Service. The service will have 12 beds for young people between the ages of 12-18 years. Emerald Place is a purpose build Unit situated in Charlwood, Surrey, It is anticipated that the service will open at the end of 2023 however we are appointing to key roles now to enable successful candidates to participate in shaping and setting up the service. The associate specialist/speciality doctor will provide clinical assessment, review and evaluation to young people under the care and treatment of the hospital ensuring that all treatment plans are fully adhered to. The doctor will take a specific focus on the assessment and management of both the physical and mental health of young people working closely with the ward manager, consultant and wider MDT.
