Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a secondary pupil referral unit (PRU) in the Chorley area who require a Level 3 teaching assistant to support the learning of students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH) on a 1:1 basis.
The school provide an educational setting for pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education, and offer a nurturing and restorative environment to rehabilitate students and improve behaviour and learning.
The successful applicant for this teaching assistant role will be working closely with Year 11 students who demonstrate challenging behaviour, and often require small group and 1:1 support to keep them engaged.
