ARE YOU THE ONE? As our Product Demonstrator, you'll play a key role in connecting the latest outdoor products with our valued customers. Your focus will be to understand the individual customer and tailor a product experience that resonates with their needs and highlights the features of our products to their fullest. With training provided, you'll be required to bring our outdoor products, from BBQs and electric outdoor ovens to air fryers and grills, to life with taking your exceptional product knowledge and highlighting the features and benefits you fill fit the bill for each and every customer. Success in this role relies on your confidence in engaging customers and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Our mission at Momentum Instore is to help brands and retailers manage their project seamlessly across thousands of stores. We work with some of the world's most well-known brands and retailers, managing projects in retail environments from start to finish. What you'll be doing: Working on a fixed-term basis as a full-time member of our core team: the Beauty Squad, you will be one of our Beauty Merchandising Experts responsible for implementing cosmetic and skincare displays for global brands within high street retailers. Merchandising new stock moving parts around according to planogram Changing visuals, Point of Sale and merchandising the stand keeping it looking beautiful for customers that visit the store Working with your team and building strong relationships Helping train others and achieving a sense of pride from bringing the beauty brands to life! A Day in the Life... On a typical day, you'll visit several retailers in your region. You'll be travelling within an 80-mile radius of your home, we provide a company vehicle, phone and all the kit you need to deliver outstanding retail merchandising service to our clients. We take care of the schedule, so you can focus on getting out on the road and working your magic in store! What we need from you... Confidence with outstanding customer relationship and communication skills to liaise with store management teams and brand stakeholders Technical skills can you read a planogram, and organise merchandise accordingly? Be approachable as part of our Beauty Squad you'll be working in live stores customers need to be able to approach you with their feedback whilst on site. You are the face of Momentum whilst working instore Methodical with a keen eye for detail, are you the type of person to straighten up a cosmetic display that's out of alignment whilst you're out and about?
