We are looking for a dedicated Health and Social Care professional with experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Autism at a senior level. The strongest candidates will have been previously Registered with CQC or are already undergoing registration with CQC. Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager : Lead and direct the teams in person centered planning and support, ensuring that tailored support plans are completed, reviewed, and continuously developed to meet individual needs, wishes and outcomes. Ensure teams actively support and promote the health and well-being of people we support and that current issues or changes in health, behavioral, emotional, psychological, or mental health needs are reported to the relevant professionals and support sought if necessary. Lead and direct teams to facilitate and empower independence of people we support. Take an active role in the development and growth of the Organisation, supporting the business development objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the Organisational strategic aims and objectives. Maintaining a good local market knowledge to ensure that opportunities for the people supported are maximised and that the Organisation is aware of external changes that will affect the service(s) market position. Be responsible for quality management and auditing of service delivery, maintaining accurate internal and external quality assurance records and completing any required improvement actions. Key requirements a Registered must have : Experience of working in an Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health sector environment as a Service Manager, Home Care Manager, Registered Care Home Manager, Learning Disabilities Manager, Residential Home Manager, Deputy Manager. Two years recent experience in a senior position. Be qualified or willing to complete the Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care. Must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The desire and ability to ensure that each person we support receives the care and support that is appropriate to their assessed individual needs. An understanding of CQC assessment criteria. Experience in managing and developing a staff team. A good understanding of risk management and health and safety management. Be self-motivated, organised, flexible, and caring. Engineering Manager - Reporting to the Operations Director, your role will be to effectively, efficiently and safely manage, direct and co-ordinate the Engineering Department and Engineering Activities on site to ensure they comply with both company and legal requirements. Responsibilities: Ensure that the site training requirements are met to ensure an effective, well-balanced and flexible workforce. Comply with the Company H&S Policy and procedures at all times. Monitor costs within the areas of responsibility throughout the year and ensure they remain within the allocated budget. Ensure customer specifications and quality standards are achieved and maintained with regard to engineering activities. Liaise with all department managers. Plan and organise all engineering activities. Maintain hygiene standards. Prepare and establish priorities for the engineering department. Liaise with all departments as well as external contractors appropriately. Give feedback to production regarding the expected downtime and planned corrective action. Negotiate with clients to finalise all engineering project's specifications. Ensure project's are cost effective and meet the factory and H&S requirements Focus on KPI's and work towards achieving and surpassing agreed targets. Increase financial returns through maximising efficiencies whilst minimising costs and overtime. Identify areas of inefficiency and reduce waste where possible. Ensure systems are in place to give full asset care, critical spares and plant criticality to maximise production uptime to agreed target levels.
