Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Food Service Sales Manager's primary responsibilities include the implementation of the Company's strategic and operational sales plan.
This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships and business with key foodservice customers, creating a vision for each to follow and gain market share.
The successful incumbent will be expected to drive mutually beneficial customer engagement, provide leadership, training sessions and career guidance for the sales team and ensure business growth is achieved.
Working in the leisure industry, this is a membership / subscription based environment, so having work experience in a gym, leisure or fitness centre with a similar model is really important for this job.
You'll be supporting the Sales team in driving member retention, this includes contacting people who cancelled memberships to try and re-engage them, also using the CRM to contact leads and prospects.
If you've been successful in Sales, Customer Service or similar roles and you know how to engage and retain a successful client base, then this role could be right up your street.
