Develop a team of Mortgage Consultants to achieve personal business objectives and specific performance and quality standards set by the company. Support the recruitment, development, and retention of Mortgage Consultants in line with the Company's recruitment plan. Collaborate closely with Estate Agency colleagues and the New Homes team to ensure a consistent and joined-up approach to business development activities, delivering first appointment volumes in line with business plans. Implement, monitor, and evaluate business plans to achieve required revenue growth from a range of income streams, in alignment with the Divisional Mortgage Services Director. Ensure team members maintain best practice and adhere to all relevant legislation, promoting a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused approach to business processes, adhering to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times. Background, Experience, and Qualifications: CeMAP qualification (or industry-recognized equivalent) is a must-have. Proven track record of sales leadership in Mortgage services. Excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products. Working knowledge of identifying and maximizing business opportunities within the estate agency environment. Familiarity with legislation impacting Financial Services businesses, particularly in mortgage & protection sectors. Strong technical and e-commerce knowledge to effectively train Mortgage Consultants and promote services using mortgage sourcing software solutions.
