As an Operations Manager you will provide high quality support to the SLT team, Headteacher and Business Partners. You will help to implement excellent standards and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the school office. Client Details Our client is a well-established academy based in West Yorkshire. Implement operational strategies and policies. Supervise and guide team members. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage resource allocation effectively. Monitor and report on operational performance. Profile The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years experience working in an education environment at decision making level. Experience of managing/supervising staff. Excellent knowledge of operational processes. Proficiency in strategic planning and business development. Experience dealing with HR, Payroll and Health and Safety matters. Up to date knowledge of the School's policies and procedures.
