My client is an East London based school, looking to recruit an HR Manager to work in close proximity with the School Business Manager and Headteacher, to oversee the schools HR function.
Overseeing a small team, this role will lead on operational HR support for the school, acting as the primary point of contact for all staff on HR matters across the full employee lifecycle, to include ER management, casework, appraisals and performance management, training and development and policy compliance across the school including any employment law changes.
