A Business Development Manager at A1 Personnel is responsible for creating and developing business opportunities, establishing contact with potential clients and developing those relationships to maximise potential revenue for the agency.
This is a full-time office-based role for a Business Development Manager to join an established recruitment team at A1 Personnel.
Collaborating with internal resourcing teams to ensure that client needs are met, the Business Development team are responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by identifying companies that require the services of a recruitment agency to fill permanent roles or to supply temporary workers.
You will need to have Lettings experience at management level and ideally with multi-location responsibility and preferably be ARLA qualified.
With initial responsibility for 1 Residential Lettings office you will be offered a further career growth plan moving forwards of then taking overall responsibility for a further 2 to 3 Lettings offices.
