Our client, a well-established Architectural Practice based in Chorley, Lancashire are seeking a Project Architect to join their growing team. The successful Project Architect will be working within the health sector however our client also work on projects in a variety of other sectors. The ideal Project Architect will live within a commutable distance of Chorley and have a good knowledge of Revit.Architects of all levels are encouraged to apply as our client are receptive in their search. Project Architect Position Overview Work on projects within the Healthcare sector as well as a variety of other sectors Manage a number of design projects simultaneously Liaise with the design team to ensure projects run efficiently and effectively Engage with clients, external agencies and consultants Design projects using Revit Work across all RIBA stages Work with clients and develop key relationships Project Architect Position Requirements Part III qualified Architect ARB registered Previous experience of running projects from inception to completion Good knowledge of Revit Experience working within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential Live within a commutable distance to Chorley Motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team Project Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary (£38,000 - £50,000) DOE Holiday Hybrid/flexible working Good working atmosphere / environment Support & progression Pension Other company benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
