We are looking for an administration assistant for our client based in Hitchcocks Business Park in Willand. You will be the administrative support to the finance office and general manager. Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm Week 2 : Tuesday to Saturday 08:00am - 16:00pm Duties will include: Reconciling bank statements, managing and reconciliation of Petty Cash, aswell as VAT submission. Dealing with incoming calls regarding customer orders and enquiries. Support the external sales teams by setting up and maintaining customer accounts and price lists. Ensuring all orders are input onto Sage ready for dispatch. Accurate record keeping to maintain and update customer information on Sage and relevant spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Atleast 1-2 years working within an office environment. Ability to work under own initiative, organise, plan and prioritise work. Strong organisational administrative and analytical skills, with an excellent telephone manner. Ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate the range of produce supplied by the client. Experience and confidence in dealing with people and the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organisation.
