We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support one of our SEND Schools in Crawley by helping students aged from 11 to 18 years with social, emotional and mental health needs, alongside autistic spectrum conditions or characteristics, including ADHD.
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
