Team Administrator & Coordinator / Work Planner & Schedulerwith strong communication, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within a busy environment is required for a fast growing and innovative Engineering and Fabrication company based in Rochester, Kent.
Ideally this experience will be gained from working within an Engineering / Maintenance / Facilities / Construction or similar industry.
As a successful candidate you must have previous experience coordinating, booking / scheduling and planning work schedules.
Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator who has previous experience working within a busy Finance Team, covering Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger is required for a fast growing and innovative Engineering and Fabrication company based in Rochester, Kent.
The company will consider candidates who are currently studying for their AAT or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
Successful candidates will need a solid background working within a busy Finance Team and will need to have experience using Xero or a similar accounting package such as Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite etc.
An outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker to work with an established mortgage broker firm in the Medway, Kent area, with leads generated via a couple of estate agency branches in the North Kent area.
Remuneration
To £32,000 basic, plus £3,000 car allowance, OTE £70,000 year 1, £85,000 - £100,000 year 2.
