Repairs Planner / Scheduler - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Full-Time, permanent Based in Maldon, Essex - must drive due to office location! Salary £26,000 - £28,000 Are you an experienced Planner and Customer Service Provider? If so, we may be able to help you! Here at Howells, we are working with a leading, UK contractor to find experienced, and proactive Repairs Planners / Schedulers / Customer Service Advisors to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This is a full time, permanent position, based in Maldon, Essex. For this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord), along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.
