I am exclusively working with a client who is based close to Melsonby, near Richmond as they require an Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you will have experience within an admin or reception role along with working within a small team. Your duties will include: Answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate member of office staff Sending quotations to customers via email Greeting all visitors to our premises Updating fuel system Producing and distributing company handbooks Ordering and ensuring drivers have the correct PPI equipment Assisting the accounts department when necessary The hours of work would be 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday If this role is of interest, please click apply or for further information please contact Katie Kendall in the Northallerton office.
