Our client is seeking the support of an experienced Project Support Administrator to join their team on an interim basis until at least 30th September 2024.
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.

We are now looking for a Remote Monitoring Team Lead who will lead the Digital Services global support team.
This includes leading the team and participating in day-to-day activities in monitoring incoming alerts, performing diagnostics and notify the appropriate stakeholders.
