This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive and proactive secondary school in Wokingham.
They are seeking educators to work with a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to more Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.
Undertaking Safeguarding enquiries under Sec 42 Care Act.
General
Qualified Social Worker (Registered) and 3 years post qualifying experience Responsive and proactive safeguarding work to support the consistent achievement of good outcomes of people supported under an Adult Safeguarding framework.

To implement positive change in complex cases in children, families and carers lives by using systemic social work methods, models and tools, with the aims of helping them to be as independent as possible.
The Social Worker will lead and oversee professional judgements in the context of the relevant legal and policy frameworks.
To also manage and minimise risks of abuse and neglect as well as meeting care needs while exercising a high quality of professional judgement.
