Position Overview: As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the technological infrastructure of the school. You will be responsible for providing first and second line technical support to staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and services. You will also gain exposure to Infrastructure project work working closely with the IT Director. Requirements: Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 Windows 10/11 and supports of printers, PCs, desktops, and iPads.
